Ray Fellows (Chair of Wedesfield History Society) has written three books about Wednesfield, all of which are available from Amazon, or through this website.
In addition, the Society has publised a book covering the history of Wednesfield from pre-history to the 17th Century. The cost of this book has been kept to a minimum – £3.50 plus postage and packing, or personal delivery if in the local area – and comes with a free A2 copy of the 1903 ordnance survey map of Wednesfield.
So why not delve into Wednesfield’s past?
This Is Wednesfield, Our Wednesfield (2010)
Here we are again our second journey into Wednesfield’s past.
Our first journey produced a fantastic response from the folk of Wednesfield and indeed from other areas around the country and that is the reason for this second book and obviously my passion for Wednesfield’s past. This 206 page book contains more than 138 photographs.
